Philips PFL7008: Second step of Philips 2013 UK (passive 3D)

The Philips PFL7008 model is available in 42, 47 and 55 inches. This model has the passive 3D feature, on the other hand the PFL8008 model incorporates active 3D. This model has 700Hz PMR, more than enough to properly view fast moving images. Philips has somewhat improved the speed of their menus, which in 2012 was extremely slow models. The platform is still far from SmartTV of Samsung or LG. Philips Ambilight maintains its incredible design that both triumphed in 2012.

Conclusion (Verdict):
As in 2012, this model is similar to the PFL8008 model. The main difference are some extras. This TV is recommended for those who want a TV with a good design, good image quality but don't give to much importance to 3D technology or SmartTV system. Although Philips SmartTV is better every day, his system is far from Samsung or LG. The highlight of this model is that it incorporates Dual-Core, 700Hz PMR, and design with Ambilight.
