OLED stands for Organic Light Emitting Diode (Organic Light Emitting Diode). In 2016 sales are few models and many brands have renounced their manufacture.It seems that LG is the brand's strong commitment to the OLED TV, and Panasonic also offers some models.

What is OLED?

The main advantages are low power, brightness, design: thinner, flexible and larger screens.The current major drawbacks: Low durability, more sensitive to the environment (humidity, heat, ...), luminescence and manufacturing cost is still very expensive.
