The Panasonic DX650B is a 4K model 2016. This TV is not compatible with HDR and its panel is VA in the size of 40 inches and IPS in the other sizes, so we recommend buying this TV in 40-inch panel VA . It is not the best TV of the year but for a size 40-inch 4K has a very affordable price. It does not have 3D, but a correct Smart. The Panasonic DX650 is the same model as the DX600B with some small difference as over Hz. We recommend buying the cheapest one.
