Samsung QLED Q8C: Our recommendation

The Samsung QLED Q8 is a high-end model. This is one of Samsung's most expensive TVs, behind the Q9. QLED technology is proposed by Samsung to compete with OLED models from other manufacturers. The technology of the panel is EdgeLED VA with which it gets a good level of black, although slightly behind the OLED, in addition the level of maximum brightness is of the highest, ideal for HDR content. The screen size ranges from 55 inches onwards. The power of Audio is 60W, it is not 3D, it has good connectivity and compatibility. The Smart platform is the same for all Samsung TVs: Tizen.

Our opinion Samsung Q8 (veredict):

Our opinion on the Samsung QLED Q8 is good overall, especially if we do not take into account its price. If you look for a good TV (not OLED) and with curved display there is not much to choose since most brands have cheeky curved models and only Samsung continues with this bet. The Q8 presents an excellent image quality, but we must see it from the front since the sides lose quality quickly. HDR images look great and blacks are good, but they are not the best on the market. We recommend you look for the Samsung Q7C if you want a good model and with curved screen as it is very similar to this model but a little cheaper.
