Samsung F6400AK: SmartTV, Active 3D, DVB-T2, ...

The Samsung F6400 is one of the cheaper models that includes 3D for 2013, and one of the only ones who still backs the active 3D. This model includes 2x 3D active glasses. Samsung wants that the ES6400 model will be the successor to the top-sales model ES6100, on sale during 2012 and 2013. The improvements of this model are the extras: Touch Pad, voice control, ... also includes good connexions: 4xHDMI, 3xUSB, Wi-Fi, ... The tuner is DVB-T2 for a UK model F6400AK, while models in other countries include only the DVB-T, F6400AW.

Design Samsung F6400:
It model has the same design as the 2012 model, with the base shaped blade. The bezel is black and measures just over one inch. The depth without pedestal is about 5cm.

Conclusion (verdict):

This model is designed for users who want a complete television with good SmartTV and 3D, plus some extras like voice control. It seems that this model (doesn't) improves with a dual core processor and doesn't incorporates technology MicroDimming that improve the image quality. Pending the starting price this looks set to be another best-seller for Samsung in 2013.
