Samsung Q70R: QLED FullArray. The cheapest

The Samsung Q70R is a TV 2019 of medium-high range. This TV will be one of the most sold since it combines the majority of features that we ask for a good TV, including a price not exaggerated, although expensive. This TV weighs a QLED, the best technology of Samsung and with a high brightness so it allows to enjoy all kinds of high quality contents: 4K, HDR10, HDR10 + and HLG, and to scale well those of low quality. The panel is FullArray with zone control, allows panel uniformity better than EdgeLED, and is 100Hz native. The Wide Viewing Angle technology allows to improve the angle of vision, although far from the OLED panels. The Smart as for years is one of the best, if not the best, also incorporates as a novelty access to Apple applications, in addition to the usual ones: Netflix, Amazon, ...

The best: Panel FALD, native 100Hz, Smart.
The worst: no DolbyVision, 48 zones.

Our opinion Samsung 70R (veredict):

Our opinion about the Samsung Q70R is good, it is the real input QLED TV, although there is the lower model Q60R, which is lower in panel: EdgeLED, lower brightness, etc. This is the TV that you must comrpar if you are looking for a QLED without spending too much, the superior model only improves in the control by zones, the Ultra View Angle and the OneConnect, that we can consider extras for what is not worth paying almost £200 more . If you are looking for a good TV you must choose if it is worth paying the £1300 that costs this TV (55 inches) or look for an LG OLED model and spend a little more.
