Panasonic DX700B: cheap 2016 HDR with good picture quality

advertising
The Panasonic DX700B is a model 4K Ultra HD 2016. This is the most economical model of Panasonic with HDR support but we can consider it medium-high range. The panel is VA Edge LED with 50 Hz and 8 bits, allowing a wide range of colors and good black level. The DX700 includes 1400Hz BMR for watching movies or sports with complete fluency. The Smart is My Home Screen 2.0 it works well but it isn't the best, the DX700 doesn't support 3D. This TV incorporates updated connections: 1x USB 3.0 and 2x HDMI 4K 60 / 50p with HDCP2.2. * The design of 40-inch model is different.

Our opinion Panasonic DX700B (veredict):

Our opinion about the Panasonic DX700B is relatively good, is compatible with HDR and connectivity is good. The Smart platform based on Firefox is fine with applications for future 4K streaming (Netflix, Youtube, ...). The picture quality of the Panasonic DX700 is generally good, it is clear that it can not compete with the best TV of the year, but its value image money is good, the main disadvantage is the limited viewing angle and the Local Dimming that sometimes fails. Ultimately we recommend you buy the Panasonic DX700B if you want a HDR, complete and at affordable price.
