Sony W585B: low-end Sont Smart TV 2014

The Sony W585B is a LED TV 2014. This model is available in 48 inches and it is a Smart TV (SEN). Sony gets this year very good quality 2D image in almost all models, this model is a low-end and it differs mainly to the W605B in that the Sony W585B does not include technology and it hasn't the Frame Dimming technology, the MotionFlow is 100Hz. The Smart TV is right no more, and the sound is in the middle of a TV in this range. The connectivity is good with 4x HDMI and 2x USB.

Our opinion (Verdict):

Our review of the Sony W585B is not very good. Best of 2014 Sony is its 2D picture quality, especially thanks to the high level of contrast, this model does not include the Frame Dimming technology so this aspect does not stand out as much as other models. Also the 100Hz may be few to see action movies or sports. All this does not mean that TV is still bad, but we encourage you to review the Sony W605B, one of the best 2014 LED TV at a very similar price. This model features Sony W605B share techniques and image enhancement with Frame Dimming and 200Hz MotionFlow.
