The only difference I have found is the external design: the support and the screen-size.

 Conclusion (Verdict):

This 39-inch LED TV can find recently (december 2012) at stores like Carrefour and MediaMarkt. The features are quite low and it doesn't include SmartTV or 3D, but its price is really striking rted models from other countries to be sold in specific stores and that can not be purchased in retail stores or online.

Difference between Samsung EH4000 EH5000
The only major difference between these is that the EH4000 model is HDReady (720p) and   EH5000 is FulHD (1080p) . If you wish a small size TV are we not to notice too much difference.

Conclusion (Verdict):
Samsung is a great brand if we disregard the most appropriate 3D and do not want to spend much money. It is not comparable with the higher ranges of the mark as ES7000 ES8000 but not much lower than the  Samsung ES6100  (which if they include 3D and are rather thin). You have to decide whether we will give the Internet use on TV or not, if we want to play 3D content, etc ... It's as simple as say regarding the 2012 LED TV even if we renounce the SmartTV FullHD and we review the model Samsung  EH4000  for £100 less.
